Preparing for the Soil Delivery

On Saturday, April 11, our community garden volunteers gathered to prepare our raised garden beds for another growing season. Together, we lined each bed with cardboard and leaves, creating a healthy foundation before the delivery of fresh soil the following week. We also took time to level the beds after the winter months, ensuring everything is ready for planting.

It was wonderful to see everyone working together, sharing laughs, and looking ahead to the season to come. With the soil arriving soon, we are one step closer to sowing our first seeds and watching the garden come to life. We can't wait to see what this year's harvest will bring for our community!
