Recent Media Coverage of the Anglican Church worldwide.The press has been having a great time reporting on the "great debate" about orthodoxy within the Anglican Church of Canada, and the recent schism over the blessing of same-gendered relationships. The debate often shifts from blessings to interpretation of scripture, to orthodoxy and even to property rights. This can be a confusing myriad of details that may cause many searching for a church home to throw up their hands and quit the search. Rest assured that at St. Dunstan's you will be warmly welcomed and although we are liberal in our thinking we are conservative in our tradition of remaining within the Anglican Communion worldwide. |
